Profile

David Cohn is an American based in Madrid since 1986. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University (1979) and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University (1976). He is the International Correspondent in Madrid for Architectural Record (USA), and collaborates regularly with a number of international journals and Spanish newspapers, as well as writing essays for monographs and catalogs. He is the author of the books Young Spanish Architects (Birkhäuser, 2000), Manuel Gallego (Tanais, Sevilla, 1998) and the upcoming Modern Architectures in History: Spain 1920 - 2000 (Reaktion Books, London).
